1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Speed Coaching mobile application and the website thespeedtest.in (together, the "Service"), operated by Speed Education by Mandeep Sir ("Speed Coaching", "Speed Education", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you are under 18, you should use the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Description of Service

Speed Coaching provides mock tests, live tests, sectional tests, previous year question papers, solutions, performance analytics, leaderboards, and related study material for students preparing for SSC, RRB/RRC and other competitive government examinations. Free demo tests are available for evaluation, and additional test series may be purchased for full access. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in success in any actual government or competitive examination.

4. Test Series, Payments & Refunds

• Prices for paid test series are displayed within the app before purchase and may change from time to time.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay, using the payment methods they support (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets).
• Once a paid test series is successfully purchased and unlocked on your account, it is treated as a digital good that has been delivered; as such, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion in case of a genuine technical failure that prevented access.
• Refund or payment-related requests can be raised via the contact details in Section 11, and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Some tests or test series may be restricted to coaching students of Speed Education; eligibility for such content is determined at our discretion.

5. Exam Conduct & Fair Use

You agree to use the Service fairly and honestly. In particular, you agree not to:

• Attempt to capture, record, screenshot, or redistribute test questions, solutions, or study material made available through the Service;
• Use any automated tool, bot, or third-party assistance to answer questions during a timed test;
• Share your account credentials with, or attempt a test on behalf of, another person;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or interfere with the Service's scoring, ranking, or security mechanisms (including the in-app screenshot/screen-recording restriction during tests).

We reserve the right to invalidate results, revoke access, or suspend or terminate the account of any user found to be in violation of this section.

6. Intellectual Property

All test questions, solutions, explanations, study material, branding, graphics, and software that make up the Service are the property of Speed Coaching / Speed Education or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal exam-preparation use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable care to ensure test content is accurate, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every question, answer key, or explanation is free from mistakes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speed Coaching / Speed Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any impact on exam outcomes.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent payment activity, or misused the Service in a way that harms other users or Speed Coaching. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
